One step closer to 225lbs and I then I will have lost 10lbs. Then another 10 to go and so on. I giving my self mini goals of 10lbs at a time since I have so to much to loose. Today i will dress for the gym and head over once my fiance leaves for work. I am shooting for 451bs of cardio but will settle with 20 minutes. I want to see how far I can go with and than base my daily cardio off of that for the next week or so. I did cheat and eat two squares of chocolate and about 7 tortilla chips last nite in a fit of cravings. It just showed me, again, how I am not prepared. Heading to the store right now. Being fax sux and I aim to do something about!! Been surfing wedding websites and it just gave me more motivation !! I changed my first dress fitting from March to May bc most of the dresses I liked only go as high as size 14 and I am an 18 right now, dont want to push it by trying to get to a 14 in two months. WISH ME LUCK ya'll the fight is on!!!!!

Mini-goals are great!! Makes thing much less daunting and more attainable! 2 squares of chocolate and 7 chips is definitely not terrible, at least you stopped yourself before it was a whole chocolate bar and bag of chips! It's a step in the right direction! I'm planning for my wedding too! We'll have to compare notes..
