Rather sleep deprived this morning. Weight loss is coming quickly at this early stage at least. Watched the new season of the Biggest Loser on Hulu, and is it just me, or is Jillian Michaels even meaner than she used to be?
169.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1822 kcal Fat: 76.93g | Prot: 109.87g | Carb: 181.03g.   Breakfast: metamucil sugar free, cinnamon, cocoa powder hershey's, atkins endulge chocolate coconut bar, egg, tofu, hot and sour soup mix, pomegranate juice, avocado. Lunch: tandoori chicken, chicken saag, chaana masala, sugar free metamucil, mrs dash, chunk light tuna water, balsamic vinegar, spinach. Snacks/Other: Multigrain Activate Tea, macadamia nuts . more...
