I want to lose weight, but maybe not bad enough. I do not have motivation right now. I do not have self-control. Not sure where to find it...

Well fake it till you make it. Take a new exercise class. Get a new workout dvd. Download some new music to workout to. Buy a new workout outfit. Try a new diet. Get some diet and fitness books out of library. Get some fitness magazines (tons this time of year on motivation). Make an inspiration board with cork board and put quotes, recipes, pictures (anything that will motivate you) on it. Put the scale in front of the fridge. Do what it takes till you find your motivation again.

Strip down to your skivvys and take some "before" pictures of yourself, back, front, and sides. Take these photos and put them up on the wall for you to look at every day...or put them on the fridge. Get real about how you feel about yourself. Be honest with yourself. Take a look every day before you fill up a plate. One of these days, the motivation will come back.
