I am starting the body ecology diet today, which is strict, but I have some health issues such as chronic sinusitis and joint pain as well as the extra weight. I will avoid sugar, caffeine, alcohol, grains, dairy, fruits, nuts, vinegar, starchy veggies, dried beans. So off to a breakfast of spinach and eggs!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
