Hi, i used to love training for the 5k when i used to go to the gym even though it was really difficult, but i'm looking forward to trying it again.
Re the stopping smoking, i cant actually believe i did it but i did!! It was my 3rd attempt at stopping smoking. I went to the doctors and got Zyban tablets which takes away the cravings so its just the habit that needs breaking. On previous attempts my boyfriend didn't take the tablets and he ended up smoking again, and so did I. I would definitely recommend these tablets.
Honestly I used to have a cigarette as soon as I got out of bed, and had about 15-20 a day, its not easy but with a bit of will power I am sure you can do it too. It is well worth it, I can't imagine having a cigarette again.
What machine have you got at home, and how often do you use it?
