Yesterday was first day. The diet is actually Dr. Ian Smith's Shred Diet.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1983 kcal Fat: 83.02g | Prot: 87.61g | Carb: 251.45g.   Breakfast: Blueberries, Coffee (Espresso Brewed, Decaffeinated), crunchy peanut butter, Oatmeal, Fresh Grapefruit and Orange Juice. Lunch: Turkey Sandwich, Lowfat Swiss Cheese, Pink Lady Apples. Dinner: Multi-Grain English Muffin, Oil Roasted Mixed Nuts (Without Peanuts, with Salt Added), Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). Snacks/Other: Roasted Garlic Hummus, Multi-Grain English Muffin, Cucumber (with Peel). more...
