Yesterday was first day. The diet is actually Dr. Ian Smith's Shred Diet.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1983 kcal Fat: 83.02g | Prot: 87.61g | Carb: 251.45g.   Breakfast: Blueberries, crunchy peanut butter, Coffee (Espresso Brewed, Decaffeinated), Oatmeal, Fresh Grapefruit and Orange Juice. Lunch: Lowfat Swiss Cheese, Pink Lady Apples, Turkey Sandwich. Dinner: Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Oil Roasted Mixed Nuts (Without Peanuts, with Salt Added), Multi-Grain English Muffin. Snacks/Other: Roasted Garlic Hummus, Cucumber (with Peel), Multi-Grain English Muffin. more...
