Yesterday was first day. The diet is actually Dr. Ian Smith's Shred Diet.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1983 kcal Fat: 83.02g | Prot: 87.61g | Carb: 251.45g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Fresh Grapefruit and Orange Juice, Blueberries, crunchy peanut butter, Coffee (Espresso Brewed, Decaffeinated). Lunch: Pink Lady Apples, Turkey Sandwich, Lowfat Swiss Cheese. Dinner: Multi-Grain English Muffin, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Oil Roasted Mixed Nuts (Without Peanuts, with Salt Added). Snacks/Other: Multi-Grain English Muffin, Cucumber (with Peel), Roasted Garlic Hummus. more...
