All good still. Bar for breakfast and one for lunch as heavy day on the run and no time to eat properly. Bit worried after the comments from Angie but we shall see, only time will tell. Nice Chicken and lamb grilled pieces with salad and lemon juice.

Love Atkins as I can pretty much eat what I would choose to. I do worry about the stories but I guess plenty of water, listen to what the body is saying and get rid of this weight.

Really frustrating times. ACL surgery (Finally), no rugby for 16 months now, another 10 months of rehab, 12 till I can play again. Heaviest I've ever been, let's smash the Atkins to pieces get back to my playing weight again, get the knee healed and get back to playing next January.
