This is it. I can do this. I think the important thing for me to remember is eating or drinking one thing isnt going to ruin my whole day so i cant just go crazy. If i fall down just get right back up! i dont want to be uncomfortable anymore. i want to walk into my closet grab come clothes and go.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
