Day 2 & 3 (since I forgot to log in yesterday)

Worked out yesterday but forgot to log in. Unfortunately, I didn't complete the 30 Day Shred. Two weeks off will do that to ya, apparently. :( I did up until the end of the second set (level?), but was too tired to finish. Did my shake for breakfast though.

30 Day Shred (Managed to do "most" of the reps and sets, but still failed at doing it all. However, I did force myself to go all the way to the end of the workout today. Better than yesterday, but hopefully I'll be able to do the whole thing from start to finish soon.)

Breakfast: Visalus Shake (Unsweetened Cocoa Powder + sprinkle of coffee granules + shake mix + water + ice)
131.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
