I didn't take my blood pressure medicine so I have additional water. Today I will eat better and drink at least four bottles of water today. I have already completed one quarter, now I will go and fill the bottle up.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
