Now that my birthday is over, it's back to being better about the weight lost. I have a ten week exercise class starting this Saturday at one of the local hosiptals. Maybe I dont hurt my self going and if I do, there should be medical attention right there. I have a goal set to have a certain amount lose by a specail date. No worries, its far enough out that getting to the total weight lost is in a safe and healthy matter. I just need an award for reaching the weight lose by that date. If I dont get there and I dont gt the award.
