I feel awesome! Two cleanse days down, and I'm down 12.5 pounds since January 1st. What a boost to my ego and motivation! Isagenix rocks! I had an awesome shake for breakfast, and I have a meal replacement bar for lunch today. I have a killer arm workout prepared for the gym today, and a big run scheduled for tomorrow. This is all coming together!
