Feeling low and depressed don't feel like eating but still my weight keeps on going up its very depressing

Good morning. No need to be depressed. Stuff happens. Don't weigh yourself every day and just vow to make good food choices, and you will be fine. Have a good weekend, and just change your mindset. It's more important to have your clothes fit than to be lighter on the scale. Happy to be your buddy on here if you want one.

Don't get depressed we all stall from time to time. Couple things you need to do to loose after looking at your diet. Cut the carbs and up your protein. Only people in peek physical condition should have a diet that high in carbs. your last diet summary was 33.7g Fat, 41.4g Protein & 338.6g Carbs. Carbs are your problem. To shred fat they suggest 50% Protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. After you are in moderate shape, then do they suggest going to 40% Protein & 40% Carbs. To put it in perspective for you, your last day you were 9.9% Protein, 8.1% Fat but 81.8% carbs Sometimes it's more than just cutting calories. Good luck and don't give up! Your sacrifice now will pay off in the long run.

Get my track and pandora (comtemp bollywood station or Shreya Ghoshal, hope you like hindi music) on your smart phone and go for a walk. Fun and refreshing to be outdoors. Hopefully, you are not in the East coast!
