Down 2.5lbs isn't too bad. I've been trying to add more starch to my diet and I think it has helped with cravings and other bodily functions.

I don't imagine I'll have a hard time shedding the holiday weight and getting back down to 215... that has always been the weight my body likes to stay at. With a good amount of effort I can get bellow that but my weight likes to bounce right back up.

I don't know if I'm measuring my waist differently but my waist was at 38" which is close to my lowest low. That means my lean body mass is up and my visceral fat is down.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on the 2.5 pounds. Never noticed the "Weston A. Price Foundation" before - am off to check it out!
