Freaked out. That's my primary emotion right now. This morning I found out I have pre-diabetes. I'm only 26 years old. This can't be happening. I've already lost almost 12 pounds. I will keep going and I will get healthy. My goal is to weigh 199 by Christmas 2010.

The good news is that diabetes is reversable, right? Just eat healthy and exercise - you can do it!
