Here we go again. Regardless of weight, I'm trying for healthier. Noticed a sharp increase in sleepiness after wheat..., going to work on decreasing gluten. Upping my fruits and veggies. New year, new me.
292.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
