Day 3 - Happy with my weigh in - 2 pounds in 3 days! Lowering the calories seems to make a difference.
Am also happy to report that I am doing well with my New Years Resolution: Baby Steps to Exercise. Have been walking at lunch everyday this week. Rainy today so my walk will be inside Wal-Mart.
And I am now the proud owner of an exercise ball - it even came with a DVD. My plan is to sit on it to watch TV and exercise during commercials.
I can handle these baby steps. And once I make them a habit the bigger steps won't be so daunting.

Great job on the baby steps! I don't think you'll need the ring with your exercise ball, having your feet on the ground helps keep you stable.

Good for you, on the weight loss, walking & exercise ball! Sounds like all is falling (but not when you're walking) into place!
