@djburney oh no I actually log my calories on my fitness pal.. I eat about 1200-1300 cals a day roughly but I don't track very closely these days... I just focus on the carbs and protein... I haven't cut all carbs.. Only white processed carbs... I still eat veggies and natural foods.. Try to avoid processed foods when I can... I try to avoid eating too much fruit but I still eat them in moderation.. Just avoid the processed sugars.. And as long as I have a good amount of protein I'm never hungry.. I snack on almonds and such.. Eat out if I need to just make the choices that fall the closest to my diet choices.
