I think the hardest part of losing weight is dealing with the emotions that go along with it. I'm finally having to face why i let myself get so big.

Boy I understand where you are coming from. I find myself asking why did I do this to myself. Now that I have a 9 month old he is my incentive to wanting to be a healthy mom.
