not much sleeping last night, i woke up at 7 than watching tv, i had some orange stuff and 1 lt of water, no breakfast, the day again started with 13 + 17 + 13 + 13 + 17 push up, very taught i won't change sets until i feel comfortable , it is still too much for me, before 11am another 1/2 liter of water is gone, i run out water in the room must buy it later, i do not feel like losing weight, i can see in the mirror, tomorrow i will give a try to the scale and we will see, no plan yet for food , i will see when i am there than i ll let you know, salad parmesan 2 white eggs and some salmon, plenty of water and orange stuff, 27 push up and 71 min walking when i sleep in the afternoon i cant make it, 1 omega 3 plenty of water steamed vegetables and fillet steak , 1 coffee
