Today is pretty depressing. I don't know if that will affect weight, but it is what it is. An opportunity that looked great got taken away due to circumstances I can't control. At least I still worked out. I need to regulate my sleep better. I have been on a rollercoaster this week as far as sleep goes. I hear that does affect the ability to lose weight for many reasons.
