My protein is too low. I am going to be using the meal plan on the BE site. I think these guidelines will help. I am also grocery shopping tomorrow. Remembering to not eat & drink at the same time is tricky. I still use my shopping card from the wls center for the 'golden rule': 10g of sugar or less per serving for liquids at room temperature & 20g of carbohydrates or less per serving for solids at room temperature.
