Looking back at my diet and weight history here is actually sort of comical. Well, funny in that awkward, sort of painful way. I guess the key point is that I keep getting back on the horse and trying. I feel good about the South Beach diet, though. It really seems like a healthy option that I (and my family) can live with. Here goes nothing!
