1702 kcal Fat: 70.83g | Prot: 75.48g | Carb: 221.79g.   Breakfast: Bear Naked Granola, Zero Calorie Sweetner (made w/Stevia Extract), 2% fage yogurt, Steel Cut Oatmeal, Salted Sweet Cream Butter Sticks, Half & Half, Splenda with Fiber, Honey . Lunch: Multigrain Ciabatta Roll, Black Forest Ham, green leaf lettuce, Apples, sun chips cheddar, hellmans light, Tomatoes. Dinner: Deli Select Lower Sodium Ultra Thin Honey Ham, sun chips cheddar, Strawberries , sara lee 45 cal 100% whole wheat Bread, maranatha organic, All Fruit with Fiber - Grape, everybody's nuts. more...
