1702 kcal Fat: 70.83g | Prot: 75.48g | Carb: 221.79g.   Breakfast: Splenda with Fiber, Half & Half, Salted Sweet Cream Butter Sticks, Honey , Steel Cut Oatmeal, Bear Naked Granola, 2% fage yogurt, Zero Calorie Sweetner (made w/Stevia Extract). Lunch: green leaf lettuce, Multigrain Ciabatta Roll, Black Forest Ham, Tomatoes, hellmans light, sun chips cheddar, Apples. Dinner: Strawberries , All Fruit with Fiber - Grape, maranatha organic, sara lee 45 cal 100% whole wheat Bread, Deli Select Lower Sodium Ultra Thin Honey Ham, everybody's nuts, sun chips cheddar. more...
