So far so good. Still getting used to my food intake, but I've stayed on or below target for the full week. I feel hungry a lot of the time, but i am sticking to it for the time being.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
