I think I have been gaining muscle, however, I don't want to make any excuses for some of my poor choices. Now that I am back from the holidays it's time to get back on track and drop the weight/ fat that I have regained over the break.
*My goal is to drop at least 5 lbs. a week.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
