Well this weigh-in made no sense. I thought for sure that I would have lost at least 1lb. DISCOURAGING!
188.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1013 kcal Fat: 31.29g | Prot: 42.90g | Carb: 136.13g.   Breakfast: egg whites, whole wheat tortilla, reduced fat mexican cheese. Lunch: pepperoncini, grilled vegetables, fit and active balsamic, fat free feta, beets, celery, spinach, baby carrots. Dinner: pf change brown rice, tortilla, Mongolian Beef. Snacks/Other: special k chocolate, reduced fat oreo. more...

You might need to play around with your calories.Your eating looks healthy. Do your clothes feel more loose this week? Sometimes we see fat loss but don't see it on the scale? Are you drinking water? Are you eating too many high sodium foods? Are you exercising? Asian food has tons of sodium and can cause us to retain water. You might also try caloric cycling. Higher and lower calorie days (1300, 1400, 1600, 1400, etc.). Keep changing things up till you find what works. We don't always see results from this week till next or later. Don't get discouraged. Losing weight takes time and patience.
