Day 3, work went well today, felt full, no cravings. Have bought some Atkins Bars for a snack if I get hungry at work. Tried a shake (Atkins) it was vile! Anyway, getting weighed Saturday so will be able to tell from then onwards if this is having the desired effect

Good luck! Be careful with the Atkins products. The bars especially. They are well-known for causing stalls in weight loss for a lot of people. If you don't see a significant loss the first 2 weeks of Induction, you might want to just use the bars for emergency situations.
