Diet Day 1 - Ok so far - not to bad today , was busy.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are having too many crackers, only 5 allowed. Also you need to count onion in your veg allowance, so if you are allowed 100 veg,it has to be broken up into eg. 90g spinach and 10g onion. Same goes for tomato.Remember nithing is free except herbs and spices.
