Yuck, yesterday we ordered wings because I forgot to take anything out of the freezer for dinner and as always I am suffering for it today. My stomach hurts a lot from all the grease and I ate so many that gained 2 lbs, which should go away but it's still sad to see. We were planning on making tacos tonight but I don't know if my stomach can handle that. I also didn't exercise yesterday :(

If they were breaded or batter-fried, you might be having a problem with wheat. Both stomach pain and bloating can happen to a person who is sensitive and then eats wheat.

Thanks for the input. I haven't checked the ingredients but the wings don't have a coating/breading so I assumed they were low carb. My fiance's mom has a gluten allergy so I'm pretty sure I don't have one because she got really sick when she ate wheat. It is a valid point that I might have a sensitivity though, so it would be less severe. I'll keep that in mind for the future.
