Two weeks after surgery on right Achilles' tendon and I am ready to s.l.o.w.l.y. get back into action. Being idle for the past month has sucked and expanded my silhouette a bit.

This first weeks game plan - 15 minutes on the recumbent bike every couple of hours; following Atkins Induction as well.

Hopefully I can restart the treadmill as I move into Phase 2!
202.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
