well i think after a week the scale didnt move, now im really getting my result.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

998 kcal Fat: 47.32g | Prot: 31.03g | Carb: 113.98g.   Breakfast: White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), beef hotdog, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch: apple cinnamon oats, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Drumstick with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten), ralphs 1% lowfat milk. Dinner: coffee with sugar and cream. more...
