Today, I weighed in at 206. My goal is to get below 200. I need to bring up my calorie intake. My blood sugar reading was somewhat lowered. Today I will drink Lemon and Cinnamon tea.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
