134.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: 1 egg , raspberries, mushrooms , onion, spinach, earl grey tea, feta cheese boars head, old fashion oatmeal , yellow bell pepper, egg fried. Lunch: small oatmeal cookie, lite balsamic dressing, spring salad. Dinner: shredded pepper jack cheese, spinach, salsa green mountain, chicken breast chili lime trader joe, red wine, avocado, iceberg lettuce. Snacks/Other: hummus sabra pine nut, cottage cheese breakstone, almond milk, trader joe lemon cookie, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, almonds trader joe, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite. more...
