134.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: 1 egg , earl grey tea, feta cheese boars head, old fashion oatmeal , yellow bell pepper, spinach, onion, mushrooms , raspberries, egg fried. Lunch: spring salad, small oatmeal cookie, lite balsamic dressing. Dinner: spinach, chicken breast chili lime trader joe, shredded pepper jack cheese, iceberg lettuce, red wine, avocado, salsa green mountain. Snacks/Other: almond milk, hummus sabra pine nut, almonds trader joe, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, trader joe lemon cookie, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, cottage cheese breakstone. more...
