992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: feta cheese boars head, old fashion oatmeal , yellow bell pepper, spinach, onion, mushrooms , raspberries, egg fried, 1 egg , earl grey tea. Lunch: lite balsamic dressing, spring salad, small oatmeal cookie. Dinner: shredded pepper jack cheese, salsa green mountain, red wine, spinach, iceberg lettuce, chicken breast chili lime trader joe, avocado. Snacks/Other: hummus sabra pine nut, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, almond milk, almonds trader joe, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, trader joe lemon cookie, cottage cheese breakstone. more...
