992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: 1 egg , egg fried, raspberries, mushrooms , onion, spinach, yellow bell pepper, old fashion oatmeal , feta cheese boars head, earl grey tea. Lunch: lite balsamic dressing, spring salad, small oatmeal cookie. Dinner: salsa green mountain, avocado, spinach, red wine, chicken breast chili lime trader joe, iceberg lettuce, shredded pepper jack cheese. Snacks/Other: almond milk, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, cottage cheese breakstone, almonds trader joe, trader joe lemon cookie, hummus sabra pine nut. more...
