992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: egg fried, feta cheese boars head, old fashion oatmeal , yellow bell pepper, earl grey tea, spinach, onion, mushrooms , raspberries, 1 egg . Lunch: small oatmeal cookie, lite balsamic dressing, spring salad. Dinner: chicken breast chili lime trader joe, salsa green mountain, shredded pepper jack cheese, iceberg lettuce, red wine, spinach, avocado. Snacks/Other: trader joe lemon cookie, almond milk, almonds trader joe, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, hummus sabra pine nut, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, cottage cheese breakstone. more...
