992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: raspberries, mushrooms , yellow bell pepper, feta cheese boars head, old fashion oatmeal , earl grey tea, onion, egg fried, 1 egg , spinach. Lunch: spring salad, small oatmeal cookie, lite balsamic dressing. Dinner: spinach, iceberg lettuce, chicken breast chili lime trader joe, shredded pepper jack cheese, salsa green mountain, avocado, red wine. Snacks/Other: cottage cheese breakstone, almonds trader joe, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, hummus sabra pine nut, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, trader joe lemon cookie, almond milk. more...
