134.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: old fashion oatmeal , earl grey tea, raspberries, 1 egg , egg fried, onion, mushrooms , yellow bell pepper, spinach, feta cheese boars head. Lunch: spring salad, lite balsamic dressing, small oatmeal cookie. Dinner: iceberg lettuce, chicken breast chili lime trader joe, avocado, shredded pepper jack cheese, spinach, salsa green mountain, red wine. Snacks/Other: almonds trader joe, almond milk, cottage cheese breakstone, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, trader joe lemon cookie, hummus sabra pine nut, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream. more...
