992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: 1 egg , egg fried, mushrooms , onion, spinach, feta cheese boars head, yellow bell pepper, old fashion oatmeal , raspberries, earl grey tea. Lunch: lite balsamic dressing, small oatmeal cookie, spring salad. Dinner: shredded pepper jack cheese, avocado, chicken breast chili lime trader joe, iceberg lettuce, spinach, red wine, salsa green mountain. Snacks/Other: cottage cheese breakstone, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, almond milk, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, trader joe lemon cookie, hummus sabra pine nut, almonds trader joe. more...
