134.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: feta cheese boars head, old fashion oatmeal , yellow bell pepper, earl grey tea, spinach, onion, mushrooms , raspberries, egg fried, 1 egg . Lunch: small oatmeal cookie, lite balsamic dressing, spring salad. Dinner: shredded pepper jack cheese, red wine, spinach, salsa green mountain, iceberg lettuce, avocado, chicken breast chili lime trader joe. Snacks/Other: cottage cheese breakstone, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, trader joe lemon cookie, almonds trader joe, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, hummus sabra pine nut, almond milk. more...
