134.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: 1 egg , mushrooms , spinach, earl grey tea, old fashion oatmeal , feta cheese boars head, onion, yellow bell pepper, raspberries, egg fried. Lunch: spring salad, small oatmeal cookie, lite balsamic dressing. Dinner: shredded pepper jack cheese, spinach, red wine, chicken breast chili lime trader joe, avocado, iceberg lettuce, salsa green mountain. Snacks/Other: edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, cottage cheese breakstone, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, hummus sabra pine nut, almond milk, trader joe lemon cookie, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, almonds trader joe. more...
