992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: 1 egg , egg fried, mushrooms , feta cheese boars head, old fashion oatmeal , yellow bell pepper, spinach, onion, raspberries, earl grey tea. Lunch: lite balsamic dressing, small oatmeal cookie, spring salad. Dinner: avocado, salsa green mountain, spinach, red wine, iceberg lettuce, shredded pepper jack cheese, chicken breast chili lime trader joe. Snacks/Other: almonds trader joe, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, trader joe lemon cookie, cottage cheese breakstone, hummus sabra pine nut, almond milk. more...
