134.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: mushrooms , old fashion oatmeal , feta cheese boars head, yellow bell pepper, spinach, onion, raspberries, egg fried, 1 egg , earl grey tea. Lunch: spring salad, lite balsamic dressing, small oatmeal cookie. Dinner: salsa green mountain, spinach, chicken breast chili lime trader joe, shredded pepper jack cheese, iceberg lettuce, red wine, avocado. Snacks/Other: almonds trader joe, cottage cheese breakstone, hummus sabra pine nut, almond milk, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite, trader joe lemon cookie. more...
