992 kcal Fat: 46.76g | Prot: 66.97g | Carb: 59.49g.   Breakfast: feta cheese boars head, old fashion oatmeal , yellow bell pepper, earl grey tea, spinach, onion, mushrooms , raspberries, egg fried, 1 egg . Lunch: lite balsamic dressing, spring salad, small oatmeal cookie. Dinner: iceberg lettuce, chicken breast chili lime trader joe, red wine, spinach, salsa green mountain, shredded pepper jack cheese, avocado. Snacks/Other: cottage cheese breakstone, almond milk, hummus sabra pine nut, trader joe lemon cookie, almonds trader joe, edy's cookies and cream ice cream, edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite. more...
