6oz roast pork and one 3oz Polish sausage
Mayonnaise

Dinner

1 x 3oz Polish sausage
4 boiled eggs (threw away most of white)

Having come over giddy earlier, I am toying with various ideas for example, only going to the pool every other day, OR going daily for a week and then having a week off. The thing is, I find going daily keeps me focussed AND it prevents me from eating until nearly noon.
