[center][color=blue][center]OK SO HAPPY NEW YEAR!! A LITTLE BELATED BUT HO WELL! SO JAS WENT BACK ON TOUR LAST NIGHT AND I DECIDED TO JUMP BACK ON THE BAND WAGON AND REALLY GIVE THINGS A GOOD GO THIS TIME! AS I HAVE DECIDED TO NOW BE HEALTHY AND FIT RATHER THAN GO FOR THE SCRAWNY LOOK!! AND MAYBE JUST MAYBE FOLLOW MY DREAMS OF BEING A PERSONAL TRAINER?? THINK I LET THE ARMY RULE ME FOR SO LONG I LOST TOUCH WITH WHO I AM ONCE I LEFT! SO IM GOING TO JOURNAL MY JOURNEY FROM FAT TO FIT WITH NO TIME LIMIT AND BY FOLLOWING A HEALTHY DIET WITH THE ODD NAUGHTY AND SEE HOW I GET ON!! NO LONGER WILL I BE A SLAVE TO MY EMOTIONAL EATING!!
