Actually started Atkins diet on 2nd January but didn't join Fatsecret til 8th so some data is missing. I weighed 154lbs on 2nd Jan so have lost 3lbs. Weight loss will slow down now to a more realistic level.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 January 2013:
1034 kcal Fat: 73.64g | Prot: 66.13g | Carb: 32.09g.   Breakfast: tea, tea, egg, mayonnaise. Lunch: mixed lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, spring onion, cucumber, balsamic dressing, tuna, tea, water. Dinner: turkey breast, boiled cauliflower, butter, double cream. Snacks/Other: bottle water, redbush tea. more...
