I am not good at diets as you can tell by my weight. I will make small changes and hope for big results. First on the list of changes for this week is to kick my soda habit of 8 cans a day @ 180 Calories each that small change will add up to 1,440 fewer calories a day. The Second will be to exercise more. Which should not be hard, my exercise at this point is none. So I will try to start off with a pedometer and try to add to my steps everyday. And of corse you know what the third one is. Eat better. I will be trying to cut out snacking on junk food and if I feel the need to snack eat something healthier than the snack cakes, cookies, and ice crean I normaly eat.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
