I have actually started on Jan 1st, but today is the day that I'll start following closer to the Paleo diet. I like the idea of only having real foods, not processed, etc... I'll be studying to learn more about it :)
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
