Today, i gained 1 kg hahaha....I know it is not true because scales cannot read the whole body measurements...I gonna keep on with my healthy lifestyle!

If you look at my weight history, there were times when I went up a few pounds, but eventually it all starts to come off again. Try increasing your exercise a little and keep active. Don't sit around too much. Your weight will start to go down much faster that way.

I really move a lot and drink a lot of water...It happened to me several times, and ya it started to come off again...I got used with it..I am not hurry to lose weight, and i gonna wait until i reach my goal :D...Very soon, i gonna see 69 kgs for my first time in life looooool

You're doing great! I'm sure you will reach your goal very soon. I'm about 1 kg from my goal, but I think I will set a new goal.

Ya, i saw your great weight history...What is ideal healthy weight should be? i should be between 58 to 50 kgs.

For me, it's more like 60-65 kg, but I am rather tall.
