It's been a week and a day. I was hoping I'd lose more weight by now, but I understand that everyone is different. I'm in it for the long haul. So if I don't lose a lot of weight during induction, I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I may not be happy with my scale, but I have noticed that I have a lot more energy. That's a good thing, because I was tired of being tired. My clothes are also not as snug. Still snug, but not AS snug. :) Thank God my husband is on board as far as carbs are concerned. He's more paleo, but at least we can eat a lot of the same things. He keeps me in check and cooks some awesome low carb meals.
Gotta go, time for bed. -MJ
