Finally weighed in today. And finally broke the 260 "barrier". It took months for me to stop hovering around that weight. I can't believe I actually did it.

And, hey! MY BAR IS ORANGE AGAINNNNNNNNN!
259.1 lb Lost so far: 35.9 lb.    Still to go: 99.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 January 2013:
2131 kcal Fat: 171.54g | Prot: 103.65g | Carb: 59.63g.   Breakfast: heavy cream, eggs, bacon, finely shredded italian cheese. Lunch: Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, low carb tortilla, #12 Beach Club Unwich , Avocado Spread. Dinner: chia seed, flaxseed meal, bacon, blueberries, almond butter, heavy cream. Snacks/Other: heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, summer sausage, english breakfast tea, half & half. more...
