have been on the dukan diet for about 2 months and have lost nearly 1 stone after losing it and putting half if it back on over xmas lol havent been on here fir quite somtime but am sure it will help like it did before.
201.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
