Weight has gone down, exercise gone up and less food on the agenda. I try not to eat anything after 19:00. I just had a tisane that should help me sleep. Lack of sleep is one reason I eat more.
No new calories in the evening. Try to wind down before going to bed.

Dinner was whole grain rice cooked with a large leek. I put smoked herring with it and some sweet corn. It was like eating a corn fritter for some reason.
