Ok, my goals for this weekend. 1 Track what I eat, I am terrible about tracking on the weekends, mainly cause computers are monopolized by my guys playing WOW. 2. Stay on track. 3. Drink 1/2 my body weight in water. 4. No Soda. 5. Plan for next week. Get everything organized and easily accesable. (Not sure if I spelled that right)

Alee...I'm a WOW addict as well as a carb addict too! I can't stand drinking plain water...I have to drink the flavored stuff....is that bad?
