Just to remind myself why I'm tracking again... Goals: 1. Get Fit!! 2. get to a loose size 8 ( currently size 8 -sometimes 10) 3. get off the zoloft- being in shape and healthy makes this easier 4. not to succumb to ED 5.be a role model for my kids.
I lost 40 lbs since starting in January 2009- and I'll be danged if I gain it back- I just can't afford the clothes :)
