I am trying to lose weight for 1) to be a healthier me and 2) to look better for my daughter's wedding in early July. I am active and enjoy hiking, jogging and playing soccer. I also try to power walk on the treadmill while watching TV. Still I have managed to put on about 15 pounds in the last two years. I am working on making lifestyle changes since I believe that I am active enough. This week's goal is to get below 130 pounds. Hopefully, Sunday will bring good news.
