87.7 on biggest loser scales . What an epic day! I have way over eaten.. perhaps (ha ha ha) downside to having to taste foods from kids is how do you track 20 forksfull of food? I did it as a meals worth but was starving this evening so who knows. I do know its been too unsteady too worn out and no exercise. I will get up tomorrow and make it a better day. Exercise and staying on target!
