Half a pound off is good. Even better is the amount of energy I have after working out and walking. I can tell that my metabolism revs up - I get very warm and when I start getting cold, that's a sign to do more.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
