Today is the the first day of my new start. Had a 322 calorie, 7 net carb dinner last night for practice and feel better already!

Don't you love this HFLCHP WOE...LOL...okay high fat low carb high protein. The foods are delicious and filling. Pork, avocado, chicken and veggies. No complaints! You are doing great!
